What is your shipping time and fulfillment process? ▼
Orders undergo careful verification, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch. Standard orders are dispatched to the fulfillment center within 48 hours (standard order processing time ranges from 2 to 7 days). Transit times vary based on location. For remote and extended-delivery regions, handling takes 3 to 7 days, with transit taking 14 to 30 days via Standard or Free Shipping. An automated tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What if a product turns out not to be the right match for me? ▼
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at cs@eiostockgo.com prior to returning any item to confirm the correct return address. If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. We never charge restocking fees. Once inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 days back to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order before it ships? ▼
Yes! If your order has not been shipped or gone into production, you can cancel it for a full refund. Once the package is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our standard 14-day return procedure upon delivery.
Are there any items that cannot be returned? ▼
Yes. Custom-made or personalized products created to your specific specifications fall outside our standard return policy and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective due to an error on our part.
